The three timers
- Stopwatch
- Counts up until you stop it. For work measured by time.
- Interval
- Rounds and rest, repeated as many times as you set. Boxing rounds, EMOM, Tabata, circuits. Set rest to zero and rounds run back to back.
- Countdown
- One fixed block of time. AMRAP.
Common questions
- Can I read it from a distance?
- Turn the phone sideways on the timer screen and the clock fills the width of the display. The screen will not dim while a timer is running.
- What do the sounds mean?
- A horn on the start, a short beep on each of the last three seconds, and a long tone when a round ends. Your music keeps playing underneath — Fury does not interrupt it.
- Does it keep running in the background?
- Leave Fury on screen while you train. If you switch away and come back, the clock catches up to where it should be, but sound cues while the app is in the background are not guaranteed.
- Does the Apple Watch app need the iPhone?
- No. It runs the same timers on its own and taps your wrist on every cue, which you feel even in a loud gym.
- Where is my workout history?
- There isn't one. Fury is a clock, not a logbook — it keeps your settings and nothing else.
